• When you voluntarily enter text into the app (for example, reflections, thoughts, or descriptions of how you feel), this input is used to generate personalized affirmations and cognitive reframes.
• This text is processed using artificial intelligence services to analyze language patterns and generate supportive responses.
• User input is processed in real time and is not used by us to build personal profiles.
• We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
• We do not attempt to identify you from this content.
